ABOUT US

Our knowledge of property maintenance is tremendous, with emphasis on Airports, Condos, Government Offices, Banks, Police Stations, Commercial and Private buildings. Our proven system of effective employee recruitment and training is anchored to a solid and well-equipped management.

The company was founded by Mr. Bart Okoro, who started his career with a background in Management with a degree in Hospitality Management. He later gained practical experience through many years of service while working on site in a variety of facilities prior to launching his own business.

Today, Chi-Ada Corporation is an award winner in the Cleaning and Maintenance industry. The company won the TOBY award back to back in 2004 and 2005. In the year 2007, it reclaimed the award which is conducted by the Building Managers Association of America. Our team of manager’s are college graduates with more than 25 years of experience in Property and Facilities management.
